In this project, I created my first exterior visualization. The task was to produce an advertisement image for a villa by building a 3D model from 2D CAD drawings. The 2D files were provided in PDF format. The design of the house had to adhere strictly to the provided specifications, but we were given artistic freedom in choosing exterior materials, colors, landscaping and outdoor props. The villa is based on an existing design from @alingsashuspaket.

We were tasked with delivering two promotional images of the villa: one showcasing an overall view of the house and another presenting a lifestyle shot.

The model was created in Autodesk 3Ds Max. I used advanced scattering plugins like Forest Pack and Railclone for the 3D modelling process. The final renders were done in V-Ray, with post-production completed in Photoshop. I used Krea Ai Enhancer to refine the background and the facade in images further.
